Brief: Tide & Tee is a vacation rental brand in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, built around a simple concept: bringing together the best of beach vacations, golf and coastal living.

As a co-owner and the creative force behind the brand, I’ve managed its marketing and creative development from the ground up. My work includes developing the brand’s identity and messaging, designing and building its website, producing professional property photography, and creating digital marketing campaigns designed to attract potential guests and drive bookings.

I developed the website with a focus on user experience, search engine optimization and making it easy for visitors to explore the properties and book their stay. Beyond the website, I manage the brand’s social media presence, developing original photography, graphics, promotional campaigns and engaging content that highlights both the properties and the surrounding Surfside Beach community.

From brand strategy and visual storytelling to website analytics and ongoing digital marketing, Tide & Tee represents a hands-on example of building and growing a consumer-facing brand.
